Healing with Whole Foods and Herbs at Acuhealth
Well I had a great weekend! I attended a wonderful nutritional seminar in Stamford CT, which will really help my patients. Meridian Autonomic Testing (MAT) is a system of supporting the body’s ability to heal itself with whole food nutrition and herbal supplements.
What I love about this system is that it combines the best of acupuncture (hence “Meridian”) and applied kinesiology (the “Autonomic”) in the testing.
The test itself is very simple. Using a simple muscle test while simultaneously contacting various acupuncture points on the body, we can determine if there is an underlying imbalance in the internal organs. Whole food nutrition and herbals can then be used to correct the imbalance!
The simple fact is, most people have health issues that would respond wonderfully to this type of treatment. How many of us are on medications for chronic health problems that are the result of poor diet or overly stressful lifestyles? How many of us just don’t feel as good as we think we should? Nutritional deficiencies rob us of our vitality and good health. MAT allows us to see where things are deficient and give the body targeted nutrition to correct those problems!
I am very excited to be offering MAT at my Cheshire office. In fact, I’m so excited that I will be offering free nutritional assessments to my current patients for the entire month of June!
New patients, I haven’t forgotten you! Normally, I would charge $75 for a nutrition assessment, for the month of June the cost will only be $30!
The only other cost to you would be the price of any supplements to do your individualized program.
If you are interested in trying MAT feel free to contact me to set up your assessment or just click on the “booknow” button.
